Shipping & Returns
Your satisfaction matters to us. Rest assured you can return most items by contacting us within 7 days of delivery and shipping back the items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
To return an item, simply contact Customer Service via email at email@example.com for a return authorization.
We do not accept returns on the following items: gift cards; custom orders; health/personal care items; any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error; items returned more than 30 days after delivery; sale and final sale items.
Returns are refunded in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your order total.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returns sent with postage due will be returned to sender. We suggest using trackable shipping and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the items as we are unable to refund items that are lost or broken in return shipment.

Each order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. Our shipping estimates do not fully account for the fact that we efficiently hand pack every order. In-stock items will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the purchase date.
Please note that your order may experience delays in shipment due to COVID-19 and/or a high volume of orders during product release events or Holidays.
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout as we are unable to reroute packages nor refund shipping costs once shipped.
Please note that you, as the buyer, may be responsible for any fees, taxes, tariff or other local charges outside of basic US shipping fees. Please check local regulations for more information.
We ship most orders via USPS or UPS depending on the size and weight of the order. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.
Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, and do not count weekends or Holidays as business days.
